We quote roof work after inspection because access, safety, substrate condition and ponding can change the method and price significantly.

Roof and terrace membrane work typically starts from around S$18 to S$35 per sqft, with minimum project sizes from around S$2,800. Larger podium decks, commercial roofs and high-access work are quoted after survey.
